Our customer services representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days.(except for holidays and vacations)
After the return/exchange request has been authorized,our customer service will send you a Return&Exchange address to you.

Please ship hair back to the address we provide you,please include the order number.You're also responsible for the return shipping charge.

Q:Can I dyed,straightened,curled my hair extensions?
A:Yes,our hair extensions are made with human hair,they can be dyed ,straightened,curled,if you do decide to get them dyed or curled etc,we recommend for a one clip weft to be tester first prior to dyeing/curled the full set to ensure that you are satisfied with the results.
Q:How many bundles can take a full head?
A:It needs at least 200 strands hair extensions to make a full head.
Q:Can I wash the hair?
A:Yes,the hair extension can be wash,but wash method must correct for the hair.
Q:When I dissatisfied my order,Can I return the order?
A:Yes,Within 7 days if you are not satisfied ,or the color does not fit,you can send back for exchange.
Q:Can I modify or cancel the order after placing
A:1.If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee
